Lauren Adamo is a 200 RYT hour certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and sacred cacao facilitator. Long before the certification, she started yoga as a form of exercise that felt good in her body. Over her adulthood, she returned to yoga again and again to find balance, flexibility, and strength.  Thankfully, she came to know yoga as a deep spiritual practice.She received her 200 hour in 2017, at Karma Yoga Center in Denver, under the guidance of Saul David Raye. Lauren has taught at Grand Valley Yoga Festival and AWAKE Festival. She is a yoga and meditation teacher that is dedicated to helping you find your Su=happy Kha=space.

During Rhythm Ceremony, Lauren and Damon Zen Drummer will guide you to remember your true Self; the one who is strong, peaceful, aware, loving bliss.
