Sandi Siegel has been practicing and studying yoga for 20 years. As an ardent student of Sanskrit and Rajanaka Yoga, she is devoted to studying yoga philosophy and mythology which enriches her offerings of kirtan and chant. Both her chanting albums (“Dancing Home” released in 2015 and current studio endeavor) and her modern music(Dizzying Rain released July 2018) are deeply informed by the depth of meaning and poetry in her studies and translations of many Sanskrit texts. Playing guitar and piano since childhood and now the harmonium, she loves sharing the joy of community voice. As a former studio owner and Anusara Affiliated teacher she weaves threads of her Bhakta/Shakta lineage into other practices and in teacher trainings, inviting participants to their individual experience of greatness supported and enlivened by connection to their communities through the gift of shared voice. A mother of 3, she is thrilled to be surrounded by so much beauty in Colorado and the creatives present in both her musical and modeling life in and around Denver.
