Sierra enjoys teaching workshops about the South Asian deities as archetypes, Ishta Devatas, who can be seen as spiritual guides on each person’s ‘hero’s journey’, basing some of her teachings on the writings of Joseph Campbell and Carl Jung. Sierra is trained as a classical historian and has taught ancient history, mythology, and languages at UC Davis.

Sierra’s teachings focus on the divine feminine and the four stages of a woman’s life. She blends ancient wisdom of the goddesses with chakra work and archetypes. She works with women to embrace their life stage and their goddess energy and archetype(s). Her workshops include a devi flow dance that awakens the goddesses within and energizes the chakras.
